We want to share a small but meaningful change to our weekend hours. Starting January 17th, Saturday brunch service will be closed. Come join us for our last Saturday brunch this weekend. Sunday brunch will continue as usual, welcoming families with the same warmth, comfort, and delicious flavors you’ve come to know.

We appreciate your understanding as we fine-tune our weekend schedule. If you have questions or need help with Sunday reservations, our team is here for you.

Allow me to introduce the woman that makes all the magic happen- she is the heart, the spark, and the steady hand behind it all!

Executive Chef Maya Chrestensen has forged a remarkable career in the culinary field spanning over 30 years in both high-end dining rooms and dynamic catering environments. A standout graduate, Maya finished at the top of her class from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland.

Maya’s culinary journey began in Hawaii, where she expanded her expertise and refined her palate. There she collaborated with Island celebrity chef Peter Merriman before taking the helm as Executive Chef at Bamboo Restaurant, specializing in fine Pacific Rim cuisine.

Seeking new challenges, Maya moved to Southern California to lead as Executive Chef for Command Performance Catering. During her 20-plus years with the company, she achieved numerous highlights, including meal service for former First Lady Nancy Reagan and her guests.

Her discerning skill set has led to collaborations with prestigious organizations such as the Recording Academy, Nordstrom, the Los Angeles Rams, Sage Publications, and Land Rover.

For the past four years, Maya has served as Executive Chef for Moorpark’s M on High. She and Command Performance’s owner collaborated to build M on High from the ground up, with Maya designing the contemporary American cuisine menu, which continues to evolve and inspire.
